Q: What are the dimensions of the Wheelchair Ramp (width & length)??
A: Childforms® Wheelchair/ADA Accessible Ramp is 36" wide. The ingress and egress of our ramp is 60" long, providing a total ramp length of 120". |
Q: Do you provide financing and how does it work?

Q: Why are the Childforms border timbers only available in black?
A: Black is a natural color, unlike reds, blues, greens, and tans, and compared to these colors, black does not fade as quickly. When our FunTimbers are installed, the border to your play area will remain the same color and look like new for a longer period of time than those colored options of our competitors. |
Q: Why does Childforms only carry a 4' border timber?
A:
- A 4' border timber is more economical to manufacture and is cheaper to ship due to size and weight.
- A 4' border timber only requires one spike, which makes for a faster and easier installation.

Q: What is the recommended space (use area) requirements for the FunHoop?
A:
Since the Funhoop is not a true piece of "playground" equipment, it does not require a specific "use zone". It is treated more like a basketball goal, or something of that nature. If, it is installed with other playground equipment, I would try to allow a 6' circle around the Funhoop for safe zone, and it cannot overlap other play event use zones. |

Q: How many chutes are on the FunHoop?
A: There are three chutes on our FunHoop. Each chute has a corresponding color and number, which allows children to create games with numeric values and colors. |
Q: What is the Paint Station™ constructed of, and is it ok to be left out in the rain?
A: The Paint Station™ is constructed with highest quality polycarbonate, polyethylene plastics, powder-coated steel framework, and stainless steel fasteners. All of its components are commercial grade, and are intended for outdoor use. |
